BWRT® stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a unique form of psychology and psychotherapy developed by UK therapist Terence Watts, MCGI.
It is a modern therapy that respects your privacy, meaning you don’t have to share any details you’d rather keep private. Often, the practitioner only needs to know how you currently feel and how you'd prefer to feel.
Unlike traditional therapies, BWRT® is based on cutting-edge research about how the brain influences our moods, behaviors, and emotions. Only Certified Practitioners, who follow a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org or contact me.
Since training in BWRT®, I’ve helped clients overcome various issues, such as fears, anxieties, trauma, difficulties with relationships, and coping with grief and loss.
Sessions can be done over video calls, like Zoom or WhatsApp, or even by phone. This means you can fit therapy into your life no matter how busy you are or where you are in the world—whether at home, in the office, or anywhere else.
During a session, I guide you to use your own thoughts to create positive changes from within. You don’t need to share specific details; the change comes from you, not from anything I say or do.
All the work is done while you are fully awake and aware—it's logical, practical, and straightforward. For it to be successful, all you need is a genuine desire for change in your life.
BWRT® is highly effective for dealing with many issues, including fears, anxiety, past trauma, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), social phobia, health anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, low self-esteem, and other psychological difficulties. It works by stopping unwanted, anxious, or irrational thoughts before you’re even aware of them.
This innovative therapy uses the latest neuroscience techniques to create fast, lasting change without needing ongoing coping strategies.
